Exterior Design & Renovation

Exterior Renovation in St. Louis, MO

Full exterior transformations, planned as one project.

The Situation

Homeowners replace a roof one year, siding three years later, and gutters after that, and the result rarely looks like it was designed. Colors do not relate, trim details do not carry through, and the house reads as a series of repairs. Planning the whole envelope at once costs less per square foot and produces a materially better outcome.

What's Included in Every Exterior Design & Renovation Job

  • Full exterior assessment across every elevation
  • Color and material selection with visualization
  • Roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia and trim coordinated as one scope
  • Accent elements — shake, board and batten, stone and column wraps
  • Window and door trim detailing
  • Single project manager and one schedule across all trades

Materials & Brands

CertainTeed roofing systems, James Hardie siding with ColorPlus finishes, seamless aluminum gutter, and trim packages selected to work with the architecture rather than against it.

How It Works

Our Exterior Design & Renovation Process

  1. STEP 01

    Walk the house

We look at all four elevations, the roofline, and how the house sits on the lot before proposing anything.

  2. STEP 02

    Design the envelope

Shingle color, siding profile and color, trim, and accent placement selected together as a package.

  3. STEP 03

    Sequence the work

One schedule, sequenced so trades do not undo each other's work. Roof before siding, siding before final gutter.

  4. STEP 04

    Execute and walk it

One project manager owns the whole scope. One final walkthrough covers all of it.

St. Louis & St. Charles Specifics

Why Exterior Design & Renovation Is Different in Greater St. Louis

Housing stock across the St. Louis metro runs from mid-century ranches through 1990s two-stories and newer subdivision builds, and each responds differently to a color and profile change. A ranch usually wants horizontal emphasis and a strong trim line; a two-story gains from vertical accent work in the gables. Our consultants do this daily and can show you comparable homes nearby.
